Pumpkin Bars

Who is ready for some more Pumpkin!  Now, these are NOT paleo, but they are one of my families favorite things to make this time of year.  I brought some to work, and they were gone from the break room before I even clocked in.. They are that good! :) Besides, sometimes you just need a non-paleo treat! :)) I am sure it would not be hard to paleo-fy this! Let me know in the comments, if you try it!

Cream Cheese Icing

  1. Mix together the first four ingredients,
  2. Then slowly add the powdered sugar to your preferred sweetness.  The more powdered sugar you add the firmer the icing will end up being. I used closer to 1.5 C. total
  3. Once bars have cooled, spread on icing!
  4. EAT!
